5 Stars Awesome product but could be super awesome with few more additional features
I bought the Logitech laptop cooler after a recommendation from one of my friends who uses Antec’s laptop cooler. I use Dell Inspiron E1405, which heats up so much that I can feel the heat on the left side of the keyboard while typing. The in-built fan is not sufficient to cool down the laptop. When I attached my new Logitech cooler, at first I could not recognize that the fan is running, it is damn silent. Also, in first 30 minutes my HDD temperature has gone down by 7 deg C and cpu temp has gone down by 9 deg C. Over few hours my hdd temperature settled down 9 deg C below of that without the cooler and cpu temperature went down by 11 deg C.

So, the numbers speak for themselves.

Logitech can better this product by adding few small things. On/Off switch, fan speed control switch and substitute USB port for the USB port the cooler uses.

4 Stars Best I’ve used, but imperfect
I’ve tried several other USB-powered coolers. This is the best in terms of build quality and comfort while using it. No part looks like it’s about to fall apart, and I’ve had others that have broken within a month. It’s very quiet, but still moves enough air to keep my MacBook and lap cool.

Unfortunately, it has one big flaw. There are only 2 small non-slip pads at the top to keep your notebook from sliding around. This is probably fine if you used the cooling pad on a desk. I’ve never felt the need for a powered cooler on a desk. I use the passive Logitech Alto Express Notebook Stand on my desk and I think it’s stylish and does the job well. On my lap, sometimes the notebook slides around if you move. It should have a non-slip pad with a short lip at the bottom (like the Alto, perhaps) to prevent this.

5 Stars Keeps my lap cool
This works great. Especially in the summer, a Dell Latitude laptop in the lap was no different than having a nice heating pad in your lap. Plus the computer is running cooler, always a good thing. It’s light enough not to bother me. So I’m delighted!

Lightweight, quiet, laptop doesn’t slip off pad, ergonomically styled and effective. Haven’t had it long enough to vouch for its durabililty. USB cord long enough to fit a convenient port.

4 Stars cooling pad too small, but with nice design
I have a 17″ laptop, and this cooling pad is too small, I also thought it had more cooling power, but anyways it still works fine.
